以1μg HeLa細胞RNA為模板,按照R302說明書推薦體系進行逆轉錄,以1μl cDNA為模板,用2 ×Vazyme Lamp? Master Mix (Dye Plus)(Vazyme #P312)進行長片段擴增,將得到的產物進行瓊脂糖凝膠電泳,結果如圖所示:擴增條帶單一且產量高

HiScript? III Reverse Transcriptase是HiScript? II Reverse Transcriptase的升級版本,37℃條件下即可進行高效率的逆轉錄反應。HiScript? III Reverse Transcriptase依舊保留二代產品HiScript? II Reverse Transcriptase的熱穩定性,對于復雜二級結構的RNA,可將逆轉錄溫度提高至50~55℃,避免RNA復雜二級結構對cDNA合成的抑制,可有效合成高質量的cDNA。除此之外,本產品仍具有優越的持續合成能力和超強的雜質耐受度。
